1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kryp Training ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Kryp Training is a fitness and nutrition tracking application that allows users to log workouts, track dietary intake, monitor supplements, and view progress over time. The App is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only.
3. Health Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The nutritional information, workout suggestions, and TDEE calculations provided are estimates only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, including workout data, food entries, and community food submissions. By submitting community food data, you grant Kryp Training a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and share that data with other users of the App.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful nutritional information to the community database
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
7. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including Apple HealthKit, Open Food Facts, USDA FoodData Central, Google Authentication, and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Kryp Training is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by third-party APIs.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, code, and branding, are owned by Kryp Training. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kryp Training and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, any injury, health issue, or loss resulting from reliance on information provided by the App.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
