We collect the following types of information:

Personal InformationEmail address and authentication credentials when you create an account.

Health & Fitness DataWorkout logs, exercise performance, nutrition entries, body measurements, supplement logs, and daily goals that you voluntarily enter into the App.

Device DataWe may collect basic device information for crash reporting and app improvement purposes.

HealthKit DataIf you grant permission, the App reads step count and other health metrics from Apple HealthKit. This data is used solely within the App and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
• Sync your data across devices via secure cloud storage
• Calculate nutritional estimates and fitness metrics
• Display your progress and historical data
• Improve the App's features and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted database storage and secure authentication. Data is transmitted using HTTPS encryption. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

SupabaseCloud database and authentication — stores your account and synced data.

Apple HealthKitHealth data integration — data stays on-device and in iCloud per Apple's policies.

Open Food FactsFood product database — search queries are sent to their public API.

USDA FoodData CentralGeneric food nutrition data — search queries are sent to their public API.

Google AuthenticationOptional sign-in method — subject to Google's privacy policy.

These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Community food submissions are shared with other App users by design. Do not include personal information in community food submissions.

We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Kryp Training or its users.

6. HealthKit Data

In compliance with Apple's guidelines, HealthKit data is never used for advertising, is not sold to data brokers, and is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent. HealthKit data is used solely to display health metrics within the App.

7. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our servers within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent for HealthKit access at any time via iOS Settings

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
